Lagoa Yoga Fest

Join me for a gentle afternoon flow of Moon Salutations or Saudações da Lua at the Convent Bio in Lagoa.

To sign up for Moon Salutations session or any of the other classes offered during this Lagoa YogaFest weekend organized by Ideias do Levante, go to Lagoa | YogaFest - Algarve, Portugal

Armação de Pêra beach (west), Algarve.

Enjoy a 1.5 hour beach yoga barefoot stroll along the shore with focus on "grounding" in the feet, combined with pranayama, meditation, and a sprinkling of energizing standing asanas. Participation fee: €10 part of which goes toward Doctors Without Borders. €400 raised in 2023; €315 thru June 2024.
